Testimonials
“On November 26, 2009, after a long RFP process, Telelink was awarded a valuable multi-year contract to support Weatherford Canada. Within 5 days of award, a Telelink team met with Weatherford Canada in Calgary, Alberta for a formal meeting, and to start the implementation of Journey management within their company. To fully understand the importance of the Journey Management safety system please click on this link to view the training. In three working days we had formulated the implementation plan, action log, and all of the IT requirements to accommodate the safety of 3700 employees that would be operating 2600 company vehicles from 101 Weatherford locations in Canada. To this date we have ensured the safety of countless employees traveling as part of 88000 Journeys and convoys operating ½ ton trucks up to truck trailers, transporting all forms of dangerous goods including explosives and radiation within the Canadian Region.
With the outstanding success rate in Canada, the US Region of Weatherford International is now fully using the JM system as well and Telelink Call Centre has successfully exported those servicese to manage this safety piece for the US Regional as well. Weatherford US recognized the value in not only the Journey Management Safety system, but importing that integral system from Telelink which has successfully ensured the safety of all North American Weatherford International employees commuting to and from work sites or any company business. The expansion into the US Region now includes roughly 9800 employee and 5500 vehicles, and during the last 4 months we logged 76000 journeys, and 1000 calls per day.
The success of the Journey Management system is due primarily to the dedicated amount of work the Telelink team has devoted to the implementation, training, and execution of the critically important safety system. During the rollout, we have successfully overcome barriers and from those experiences, we have now improved the system to a point that we did not think was possible. In addition to the success the program has offered, we are pleased that this project has saved our company significant savings. Telelink’s ability to plan and execute a best in class program is a testament to their ability to provide industry leading services”
Andy Barnes, Fleet Safety Manager, Weatherford

You were a true business partner under very trying circumstances.”

“We have worked with Telelink for a very long time on a wide variety of projects. Some very large; some quite, quite small. Their attention to detail, their responsiveness, their desire to meet and exceed our expectations every time is second to none. We would never consider another center for any of our clients needs. “The Janeway Foundation is extremely fortunate to have the support and commitment of Cindy Roma and her Telelink team. For the past number of years Telelink have assisted the fund raising efforts of the Foundation through its annual Telethon and Radiothon. Last year Telelink carried out a phone survey for the Foundation which proved to be an invaluable tool in the Foundation’s strategic planning. Cindy Roma joined the Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2007 and within a very short period of time her enthusiasm, vision and passion contributed to the success of The Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation.”
