Telelink was originally founded in 1965 as Answer Telephone Service Limited, a switch-board enabled answering service with the mission of delivering telephone-based support services that exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Today, Telelink has a broader and deeper range of offerings, but the focus on operational excellence remains. With over 30 internationally recognized awards, 150 dedicated employees, and over 400 customers, Telelink is recognized as a leader in the industries and communities we do business in. Telelink is a second-generation family business owned and operated by shareholders and Co-CEOs Cindy Roma and Sydney Ryan.
